Lisa White is a licensed master social worker and certified thanatologist who grew up in Dover Foxcroft and returned to her roots to serve the Maine communities she cares about. She holds master’s degrees in social work and thanatology and has over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through serious illness, end-of-life, and grief. Her expertise includes holistic grief care, grief assessment, and advance life planning, helping people prepare for and navigate some of life’s most difficult decisions. In addition to working directly with individuals, Lisa has facilitated and taught community education, trained hospice volunteers, and presented at statewide conferences. Known for her warm and grounded approach, she fosters spaces of trust, dignity, and compassion for people to plan for difficult life transitions and to explore both death-related and non-death losses.
