Director of Quality

Northern Light Health is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to join our team as director of quality, based at Northern Light Mayo Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine.
 
In this full-time key leadership role, you’ll help shape and advance quality strategy across Northern Light Mayo, Sebasticook Valley, and CA Dean Hospitals, with oversight of patient experience, patient safety, risk management, and medical staff quality.
 
We’re looking for a collaborative leader with experience in healthcare quality and process improvement who is passionate about clinical excellence and creating the best possible experience for our patients.
 

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a clinical specialty required; master’s preferred

• 5–7 years of professional experience and 3–5 years of progressive management experience required
