2026 VENDOR RATES: Our rates have increased this year, but it's WORTH it! If you are a CRAFTER, PRODUCT VENDOR, OR BUSINESS INFORMATION BOOTH: FOOD COURT IS FULL If you are a FOOD TRUCK / VENDOR: We DO NOT have a Non-Profit Rate, but members of the Piscataquis Chamber REFUNDS:

PER 12X12 SPOT: Early bird rate $100, after April 1st, $130
You will be located in the FOOD COURT
PER 12X12 SPOT: Early bird rate $150, after April 1st, $200

Vendor payments are NON-TRANSFERABLE and are only refundable until JUNE 1st.
Cancelations must be received through E-Mail or in writing by mail to 1033 South St. Dover-Foxcroft ME 04426.
PLEASE INCLUDE your reason for cancelation and a refund request.
Vendors who cancel AFTER June 1st forfeit their paid fees.

The 2026 Maine Whoopie Pie Festival is Scheduled for June 13th.
We hope you will consider joining us as a vendor for the SWEETEST DAY of the year in Piscataquis County!
100+ Vendors, lots of activities for kids, live music & entertainment, exhibitions, great food, contests, and of course,
THOUSANDS of Whoopie Pies sold by the best bakers in New England, drawing crowds of up to 10,000 in past years.
Venue Confirmed!
Due to the great success of last year's festival, we will be returning to the Piscataquis Valley Fairgrounds
on Fairview Ave in Dover-Foxcroft for the 2026 Maine Whoopie Pie Festival, allowing for more vendors,
access to power, better parking, gate control, and a wider footprint for a more enjoyable experience.
Please NOTE, unfortunately there are NO DOGS ALLOWED
on the fairgrounds except for papered service animals. We apologize for this.
