Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) and Keep Off Pounds Sensibly (KOPS) is coming to Community Fitness in Guilford!
Looking for a little support to help you achieve and maintain your weight loss goals? Try TOPS and KOPS! Here you’ll find the unwavering support that you need in a peer to-peer group with no gimmicks or fad diets. It all comes down to accountability, lasting friendships, and leaning on the people who are in similar shoes. Our first meeting is on Thursday, September 12th .
FOCF TOPS/KOPS will be held in person only (no virtual option at this time) on Thursdays, weigh in will be from 4 :00-4: 30 pm and our meeting will start promptly at 4:30 pm and run until 5:20 pm. All are invited to stay and participate in Zumba from 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm. The Zumba Class is free to gym members and $10.00 for non members, but you can try your 1st Zumba class for free, to see if you like it. Interested in joining?
