About the Heart of Maine Resource Center:

At Heart of Maine Resource Center, we believe neighbors look out for one another. Our mission is to connect our community with the resources they need to thrive—starting with access to nutritious food and expanding to meet evolving needs. From food distribution and home repair coordination to connecting people with housing support, heating assistance, employment resources, Veterans supports, computer classes, counseling, meeting spaces, and other community programs, we’re here to make it easier for our neighbors to access the tools and opportunities that strengthen our region.

We’re building a place of connection—working to beautify downtown, strengthen our community, and raise awareness for this vital project.
