Think you can outrun the law? When you are done trick or treating, you can try!! Join us at the PACC at 7:00 to register and when the whistle blows, find the perfect spot to hide while our local Boys in Blue find you on the PACC property. If you win, you get bragging rights and a Trophy to gloat in front of your friends and family! Get caught?? Your mugshot will go up on the wall of "Worst Criminals".
Bring a half dozen donuts for the after party and get yourself a 10 second head start from the crowd!!
