Free child car seat inspections

Description

In recognition of Child Passenger Safety Week, Northern Light Mayo Hospital, Northern Light Medical Transport, and the Maine Bureau of Highway Safety are partnering to offer free car seat safety checks. The expert technicians at this event will check for recalls and thoroughly evaluate car seats to ensure they are the right size and are installed correctly.

The safety checks take about 15 minutes and are ideal for families who are unsure if they are using their car seat correctly, may have an incorrect size seat for their child, or do not know if their car seat has ever been recalled.
