Parade To Register a FLOAT in the PARADE, Click HERE. Vendor Fair Walking/Bus Tour The Dover Foxcroft Historical Society will be holding a walking/bus tour of 1922 Dover and Foxcroft, from Merrick Square to the Hospital on West Main St. at 1pm on August 6th. Spots are limited, please click here to reserve your spot by e-mail . Please include the number of participants. Each will receive a pamphlet. Donations are greatly appreciated. Food, music, and fireworks at dark! Shuttles available from and to the Fairgrounds starting after 5pm and returning after the fireworks show. If you're driving, take North St./Greeley's Landing Rd, make a right on Cotton Brook Rd.to get to the public beach.
Gates open at the Piscataquis Valley Fairgrounds at 630am. Parade begins at 10am. Fairview Ave./Summer St./North St. (over Bridge) /East Main/ Essex St./Fairview Ave - See Map Below
Vendors will begin setting up as early as 6:30am and may begin selling at 9am. Crafters, food & refreshments. Music. Great view of the parade from the Vendor area!
Beach Party & Fireworks
Following downtown events, a beach party will take place at the public beach at the end of Greeley's Landing Road beginning at 6pm.
There is no charge for Parade participants.
Vendor fee is $40 for one 12x12 Space.

2022 marks the 100th Anniversary of Dover & Foxcroft becoming one town.
To celebrate this event, there will be a 10AM parade with floats celebrating 100 years of history, a vendor street fair FROM 9AM TO 2PM including artisans, crafters, and food trucks, music, and a beach party at the public beach at 6PM with fireworks at the end of the day.
