2025 Vendor Rates:
Vendor Marketplace
Artisans, crafters, and product vendors. Early-bird rate of $80 expires on April 1st, then $100.
Food Court
Food trucks and food vendors. Early-bird rate of $100 expires on April 1st, then $125.
Electricity is available this year for an additional fee of $25. You are responsible to bring your own extension cords. There are a limited number of plug-ins in the Vendor Marketplace. Generators ARE permitted, if you prefer to use one.
Note: Chamber members who register through the membership portal receive a $20 discount per booth.

We hope you will consider joining us as a vendor for the SWEETEST DAY of the year in Piscataquis County! 100+ Vendors, lots of activities for kids, live music & entertainment, exhibitions, great food, contests, and of course, THOUSANDS of Whoopie Pies sold by the best bakers in New England, drawing crowds of up to 10,000 in past years.
Venue Change:
Due to scheduled road work in Dover Foxcroft during the month of June, the festival will be held this year at the PISCATAQUIS VALLEY FAIRGROUNDS on Fairview Ave in Dover Foxcroft.
The fairgrounds will allow room for more vendors, access to power, better parking, gate control, and a wider footprint for a more enjoyable experience.

Vendor Marketplace Application
Food Court Application
Before you apply to be a vendor, please read the following:
1. We do our best to NOT book competing vendors at the Maine Whoopie Pie Festival (MWPF). Please note that submitting your application does NOT guarantee you are accepted as a vendor. Registrations are processed in the order that they are received. Festival organizers will accept and place vendors in a manner that avoids direct competition with other vendors. If we are not able to accept your application, we will notify you and you will be refunded in full.
2. During checkout, you will have the option to pay by mailing a check or pay by credit card, online.
If you choose “pay by check”, we must receive your check within 7 days or your application will be discarded.
3. Please COMPLETE your application through to checkout. Be sure you have received a confirmation e-mail. Incomplete applications are discarded. If using the paper form, PRINT CLEARLY, we cannot process applications that are illegible.
4. We will MAIL you a vendor packet about 2-3 weeks prior to the festival with your Vendor pass and booth#, parking permit, a map of your location and the festival grounds, and rules and instructions for the day. If you DO NOT receive your packet by June 10th, CALL US at 207-564-7533. You WILL NOT BE PERMITTED to enter the festival as a vendor without this vendor packet.
