Description
The Moosehead Lake Togue Derby is one of the region’s most popular winter fishing events and a must-attend for serious anglers targeting trophy lake trout.
Target Species: Lake Trout (Togue) only
Eligibility: All fish must be caught during official derby hours and comply with Maine ice fishing regulations
Prizes
1st Place Togue: $1,500
2nd Place Togue: $500
3rd Place Togue: $250
Door prizes and a youth angler drawing
This derby is also part of ongoing fisheries management efforts while promoting responsible, sustainable angling on Moosehead Lake.
