DESCRIPTION:About the Project\n\nDover-Foxcroft was selected to receive planning assistance to support downtown revitalization and outdoor recreation development through the Recreation Economy for Rural Communities program\, sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency\, the USDA Forest Service\, the Northern Border Regional Commission\, and other agencies. Working with partners and local stakeholders\, this effort will result in an action plan to help the community grow in ways that reflect local priorities and values.
